Cancellation and Refund Policy - Yuva Dance Studio

At Yuva Dance Studio, we strive to provide the best experience for our students. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our classes or services.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for dance classes, workshops, memberships, and other services are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Class Cancellations by Yuva Dance Studio

In rare cases where a class or event is canceled by Yuva Dance Studio due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide an alternative class or schedule a makeup session. No monetary refunds will be given.

3. Missed Classes

If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, the payment for that session will not be refunded or adjusted against future classes. However, in some cases, students may be allowed to attend a different batch, subject to availability and approval by the instructor.

4. Membership and Subscription Payments

All membership and subscription fees are non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue classes before the membership period ends, no refunds or prorated amounts will be issued.

5. Changes to Policy

Yuva Dance Studio reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
